No, your voucher needs to cover the full price of the bike and you cannot top it up with a customer contribution.

No, this option is exclusively available for new VanMoof bikes - outlet bikes can’t be ordered via a Cycle to Work scheme.

Peace of Mind services need to be purchased separately and cannot be included in the voucher.

Yes, we still offer a 14-day, no-hassle returns policy. If a return is to be made, the full purchase needs to be returned. It is not possible to return part of the order.

Shipping cost cannot be included into the voucher value and must be paid separately.

We will process your request and send the quotation to the email you have provided as soon as possible. Please allow up to 7 working days to receive it. Once you have received the quotation from us you can use it to request a voucher from your employer's Scheme provider.

Your Scheme provider will process your request. Your employer may need to authorise this. Once your voucher has been issued please send it as a PDF attachment to us at cycletowork@vanmoof.com so we can confirm your order.

You can check current lead times on our website, as they slightly differ for each bike and colour.

Please refer to the "Select your employer's scheme" section to see if accessories are covered by your employer's scheme or if they will have to be purchased separately.

Unfortunately not. Discount codes on the website cannot be combined with a cycle to work order.
