• You first need to request a quote from us for the bike and any accessories by filling in our online form
• The VanMoof team will forward two separate quotations within 7 days. One of 1500e which you can use to acquire your voucher, one of the remaining amount which will be your customer contribution.
• Now you can use your 1500 quotation to request the voucher through your scheme
• Upload your voucher here once you have it
• The VanMoof team will apply your voucher to your order and contact you to pay your contribution (outstanding amount after voucher has been applied).
• As soon as you pay your contribution your order will be confirmed

No, this option is exclusively available for new VanMoof bikes - outlet bikes can’t be ordered via a Cycle to Work scheme.

Yes, but these will have to be paid separately. Your employer or the scheme will only cover 1500€ of the bike's cost.

We only accept vouchers from the bike to work schemes we cooperate with in the framework of the cycle to work scheme.
