We like to be as light on businesses as possible. That means we’ll help you get set up and promote it internally, organize test ride events so your teams can take the VanMoof for a spin, and even manage the entire process from sign up to invoicing. Your success manager and our dedicated support team are there every step of the way.
Every VanMoof for business program entails our newest model, the VanMoof S5/A5 or the well known S3/X3. Each bike comes with Peace of Mind Maintenance & Theft, meaning we’ll handle tune-ups and repairs, and even recover bikes in case they get stolen.
The costs of an e-bike subscription program completely depends on your wishes and needs.
You can either lease our e-bikes as an organisation and benefit from your local tax incentive, or alternatively VanMoof can lease and invoice directly to your employees. Whatever set-up best suits your needs, you are free to choose how much reimbursement you want to give each employee.
