When you order a VanMoof, we ship it straight to your door, so you can get riding right away.
We currently ship to:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, the Frisian, Canary or Channel Islands.
The cost of shipping bikes and accessories depends on your location. You can see the total shipping cost for your order at the checkout.
You can check the estimated shipping time for bikes in the order configurator. When your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number – you can use this to follow your order’s journey to your door or to one of our brand stores. We work with international shipping partners to get your order to you as soon as possible, but delivery times vary depending on where you order from.
Due to COVID-19 precautions, it is currently not possible to pick up orders in VanMoof brand stores. We’ll keep you updated as the situation develops.
