You can place your order by filling the form on the subscriptions page. After you’ve submitted the form, you’ll receive a reply from our partner Friesland Lease within one working day to inform you about the next steps.
We want to give our riders the option to buy and ride a VanMoof bike via a monthly payment plan. Our subscriptions always include a VanMoof S5 or A5, and our Peace of Mind Theft + Maintenance services.
In the Netherlands we offer subscriptions via our partner Friesland Lease. You can easily place your order on our website and we’ll help you set up your 36-month contract with them. All Terms and Conditions will be shared accordingly.
The subscriptions include full Peace of Mind Theft and Maintenance coverage, free shipping, 24/7 roadside assistance, damage insurance, driver accident insurance, and legal assistance insurance. You can find out more about the Peace of Mind service here and via our FAQs page.
The subscription option is available countrywide in the Netherlands. If you don’t live near a VanMoof service location, you’re free to sign up, but please note that you’re responsible for arranging and paying for the shipping to have your bike serviced in one of our locations. No, you only pay for the usage of the bike and the services via the VanMoof subscription. At the end of the duration you’ll have the option to purchase the bike for the market value at that moment.
