At our US Brand Stores and Service Hubs, you can test ride the VanMoof S3 & X3 for at least 10 minutes. Before testing out the bike we'll give you an explanation of how it all works and leave room for questions after. The duration of your test ride is dependent upon availability.
Yes, you need to wear a helmet for the duration of your test ride. You can bring your own or borrow one of ours – these are fully sanitized between uses.
Always make sure to book an appointment in advance for a test ride or a repair.

You're welcome to bring someone along with you. If you both want to take a test ride, each person joining should make an individual appointment. This allows us to guarantee a safe test ride for everyone.
