Our state-of-the-art Service Hubs anticipate everything a VanMoof rider might need – from test-rides and troubleshooting, to faster-than-ever repairs and services of every kind. Service Hubs are key to our 50 city service roll-out, which aims to bring us closer to our riders so you can access our services easier and faster than ever before.
Stop by our Service Hubs for a test ride, a tune-up, repair, or just for a great cup of coffee in your local city. Due to current Covid regulations, you must book your Service Hub appointment in advance.
The Service Hub roll-out is part of our widespread expansion plans for 2021 and beyond. The goal to provide our riders with faster, easier access to service as our community continues to grow worldwide. You can check out which Service Hubs we’ve opened so far here.
Our Service Hubs are there to anticipate each and every servicing need of our growing rider community. Brand Stores are the city hub for all things VanMoof – they are your go-to for when you’re ready to buy your ride.
Due to current Covid regulations, you must book your Service Hub appointment in advance. You can book a repair appointment directly on the service hub page or via the booking tool on the ‘Bike doctor’ page in your My VanMoof account – simply click on the ‘Find a solution’ button below the bike you’d like to book the repair for.

Yes! Take us for a spin at any of our Service Hubs and get the feel of the VanMoof S3 & X3. Due to current Covid regulations, you must book your test ride in advance. Book yours here.
The Electrified S2 & X2 and VanMoof S3 & X3 can be serviced at VanMoof Service Hubs.
You can take both the VanMoof S3 & X3 for a spin in a single test ride appointment, depending upon availability. To make sure that both bikes are available, we advise that you book two separate test ride appointments.
Our Japanese brand stores are appointment-only, which minimizes the number of customers in the store at the same time. E-bikes for test rides are sanitized before and after each use. All customers and staff are asked to wear masks in the store and to disinfect their hands when entering the store. In addition, the layout of the store has been changed and marked so that a desirable distance can be maintained at all times.
Our EU, UK, and US Brand Stores are open again as per normal, while sticking to the latest COVID-19 government regulations to keep you safe.
You're welcome to bring someone along with you. If you both want to take a test ride, each person joining should make an individual appointment. This allows us to guarantee a safe test ride for everyone.
