At our Brand Store and Service Hubs, you can test ride the VanMoof S3 & X3 for at least 10 minutes. Before testing out the bike we'll give you an explanation of how it all works and leave room for questions after. The duration of your test ride is dependent upon availability.

Helmets are not mandatory, but you can wear one if you prefer. You can bring your own helmet or borrow one of ours – these are fully sanitized between uses.

Always make sure to book an appointment in advance for a test ride or a repair.

Our Japanese brand stores are appointment-only, which minimizes the number of customers in the store at the same time. E-bikes for test rides are sanitized before and after each use. All customers and staff are asked to wear masks in the store and to disinfect their hands when entering the store. In addition, the layout of the store has been changed and marked so that a desirable distance can be maintained at all times.

Yes, you need to be at least 18 years old to book a test ride.

You're welcome to bring someone along with you. If you both want to take a test ride, each person joining should make an individual appointment. This allows us to guarantee a safe test ride for everyone.
